Jennifer Kott
Jen has over 25 years of higher education experience. She has been an admissions officer at Tulane University, UNC, Northwestern University, University of Arizona, and the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). She has also been an admissions consultant and focused her career on assisting students and families through the intricate admissions and application processes, from college to graduate and law school admissions. She holds a BA from Elon University.
Kamil Brown
Kamil brings nearly a decade of admissions experience to the team, including leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania, Yale Law School, and Fordham University School of Law. At UPenn, he served on the evaluation and selection team as an application reader and he managed client care operations, providing support to high school students, parents, and school counselors. Kamil holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and graduate degrees from New York University, Columbia University, and The University of Texas at Austin.
Lexi Kaider
Lexi worked as an Admission Counselor at Wesleyan University, where she reviewed undergraduate applications, recommended admission decisions, and supported students and families through the college admission process. She has also served as a writing coach and peer tutor to undergraduate students, and she has experience supporting the administration of a K-12 school district. Lexi holds a BA from Saint Michael’s College and an MA from Wesleyan University.
