Step 2: Submitting a Data Deletion Request

1. On the bottom of your account page click on the link entitled "Permanently delete my account".

2. Follow the prompts to submit a data deletion request. This process will require you to input your password to prevent unauthorized deletions.
    

Alternatively, if you cannot access your CollegeEase.com account, please contact our support team directly at support@CollegeEase.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your full name, the email address (associated with your Facebook or Google account), and a brief statement of your request.

Step 3: Confirmation of Data Deletion

Upon receiving your request, CollegeEase will confirm your identity and proceed with the deletion of your data. We will remove any personal information that can be linked to your Facebook account from our servers. This process may take up to 90 days to complete, in line with Facebook's data retention policy.
 

Once deletion is confirmed, you will receive a notification from CollegeEase. Please note, this action is irreversible; you will not be able to recover any data once it has been deleted.
